IOS informs the Doctors and dental assistants interested to each Course as follow:
- if it will not be reached the minimum number of attendance, the Course could be scheduled in a further date or cancelled.
- If the Course has been cancelled, IOS will refund the total amount of each Entry Fee , already paid.
If a Course scheduled will have a proper number of attendance, and a Doctor (who has paid his Entry Fee) will give up after the deadline, IOS will refund to the Doctor 80% of the Entry Fee.
